is quality assurance which ensures that all staff understand the
company's vision, mission, goals and strategies. An IiP certificate
is official recognition and evidence that the organization is
engaged in systematic operational and employee development that
strengthens the company's appeal and competitiveness.
Caperio has Sweden's Best Working Environment
A good working environment has been one of our main focuses since
the company's inception and we are very confident it is one of the
main reasons we have succeeded so well in our business. In fact, in
2007 we won the prize for Sweden's Best Working Environment. Work
Forum, who presented the award, justified their choice as
follows:
