Background
Linköping University needed a standardized purchasing model to
take advantage of the benefits to be gained by an organization of
it's size and volume. In addition, they wanted to be able to
coordinate contracts and purchasing, and centralize services around
license management.
Solution
Caperio produced a collective agreement arrangement for the entire
organization, consolidated contracts, and created a joint
purchasing model. We also took over the purchase and management of
licenses, contract management and we are also running information
sessions for those responsible for licenses.
Results
Linköping University has reduced administration of contracts and
purchases, thus saving time, while monitoring and budgeting were
simplified thanks to one purchasing channel.
